Is your device defective and still under warranty or do you want to have a device repaired after the warranty period?

Fill in our repair form and mail this form together with your device to our postal address, for the attention of our repair service.

Our service level agreements

We know how important telecommunication is for you. You cannot afford to be out of contact for any reason.

To guarantee rapid follow-up, Licom can offer you extra certainty in the form of a maintenance contract.

You can choose from the following types of Service Level Agreements:

Bronze (standard and free of charge)
Silver
Golden


As a client, you benefit from the Bronze Service Level Agreement as standard. 

If you would like a more extensive service, you can opt for a Silver or Golden SLA. 

Whichever SLA level you choose, as a client you can always contact us on our emergency number.
