Aldi

 The Aldi Group is one of Europe’s largest food distributors. To keep their distribution on the right track, Aldi has relied on Panasonic hardware by Licom for its telephony needs for over 10 years.

All seven of its Belgian distribution centres are equipped with a Panasonic VoIP telephone system, including Go Connect Unified Communications software and DECT.  These distribution centres supply all of the 450 shops in Belgium every day.

Their headquarters in Erpe-Mere uses an NSX1000 VoIP system that is connected to 300 handsets. Its local IT department looks after the daily management of this solution.
